POLICIES

We want each customer to be satisfied with his/her purchase.  For apparel items, please refer to the size charts provided in the item's description prior to ordering to ensure a proper fit as each item has a different fit, and sizes may vary greatly among styles offered. 


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

We do not offer refunds.  We can only offer even exchanges.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an even exchange.   Items can be returned for an even exchange only if they are received in unused, unwashed, original condition with all original tags.  The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping, as well as shipping for the new item.  We do not provide refunds for shipping costs.


CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.  


DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPPING:

Any items received damaged due to shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and arrangements will be made to replace the damaged item.   If you are not happy in any way with your purchase, please contact us via the contact tab or info@basecampdesignco.com  and we will do whatever is possible to make it right.  

If you feel a mistake has been made with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution.
